Undergraduate services by task
The “学生” section of the Teaching Services Online Platform lists the services below. Open the relevant guide and check eligibility, documents and application dates before entering the application system.

Graduates and alumni have a separate section and should not assume current-student procedures apply. A listed service is not necessarily open year-round; also check current Undergraduate School notices and your school’s requirements.
Undergraduate proof of enrolment
The proof-of-enrolment page gives this paper-copy process: select the number of copies and complete online payment, then sign in at a self-service printer and select the successful application. Each application can be printed only once.

Postgraduate certificates and degree-programme documents
The Graduate School provides a trusted electronic certificate guide for proof of enrolment and Chinese/English transcripts. The page was published on 2023-04-06, while its current attachment filename says updated 2024-11-22. Obtain the attachment from the page instead of relying on older screenshots.
The Graduate School programme downloads include the postgraduate information-system guide and documents for master’s and doctoral degree programmes. Some list dates are older than the update dates shown in titles or attachments; check both.
