Email accounts require real-name registration. Individuals normally self-register and may hold only one real-name account. If self-registration is unavailable, prepare the manual-application materials listed in the guide. Mailbox links are also available through the university website.
University cloud storage
The cloud-storage guide gives the route “一网通办 → 交大云盘 → 个人云盘申请／部门云盘申请” for personal or departmental applications.
Students should ask the IT office about eligibility and quotas.
