Account creation is described in the official identity guide. VPN access includes library literature and resources restricted to the campus network, subject to what the system makes available. See the VPN guide.
Wi-Fi and network activation
The published network name is SWJTU-WiFi. Authenticate with your campus account; wireless access itself requires no separate application. The wireless guide includes Android, iOS and computer setup instructions. Its coverage description names Xipu, Jiuli and Emei; confirm Eastern (International) Campus access with the local service desk.
The account guide asks new users to preregister in the self-service system, then bring a student card or campus card together with an identity card to a service desk for activation. Do not add @cer or @wt to the username yourself. Account top-ups are also available in the self-service system.
